  • Staff Therapist Serving Illinois

Morgan McDaniel is an empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor who helps her clients rediscover, redefine, and reignite their internal spark(s) to help them feel better connected, regulated, and aligned with their hearts deepest desires! She fundamentally believes ones current situation does NOT have to be their final destination.

Her approach blends warmth with practicality, using integrative therapy tailored to your story. Through Gestalt therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Therapy), and Solution-Focused Therapy, we’ll gently uncover what’s holding you back—whether it’s self-doubt, outdated narratives, or external pressures and transform it into clarity and a newfound awareness. These evidence-based methods are especially powerful for anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the unique challenges faced by women reclaiming their identity (e.g., perinatal struggles, climbing the corporate ladder, launching that business idea, challenging frustrating role expectations, softening into vulnerability, exploring attachment wounds, or navigating intimacy).

As an advocate for Black women’s mental health, she honors the resilience you’ve already built while acknowledging the systemic gaps that make your journey harder. Together, you will explore your strengths, fears, goals, and even the relationships that have shaped you--because healing is holistic.

Outside of her practice, Morgan enjoys watching films, indulging in Chinese dramas, and curating health and wellness products that enhance daily life. She also embraces the joys of motherhood, cherishing time with her son, family, and friends.
