We tend to work with clients on a weekly basis. Aligned with our clinical values, we ask clients to make a one year commitment to the therapy process to see long lasting results and deep rooted healing.

Telehealth is an amazing resource even when we aren’t in a nationwide lockdown/global pandemic. In our experience, telehealth gifts more people with access to mental healthcare as it saves on the shuffle and at times stress of commute time and so many workplaces respect and value the role of therapy.

Taking a session during a lunch break or having a ‘standing medical appointment’ on your calendar makes logging in and getting care so simple.

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private place to talk. Healing is just that accessible!

Yes we do! We are paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO/Blue Choice) and Aetna.

If you do not have BCBS PPO or Aetna, no worries we can still work together! We accept all major credit cards and we are more than happy to accept FSA cards.

Additionally, we are able to provide superbills (i.e. itemized receipts) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies provide out-of-network coverage, some as high as 60-80% of the cost. It is in your best interest to check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

“Does my plan include out-of-network benefits for mental health care? Specifically, for outpatient psychotherapy?”

“Is approval required from my primary care doctor?

“What is my "co-insurance"?”

“Do I have a deductible for out-of-network mental health services? If yes, what is the remaining amount I will have to pay before my health plan starts to reimburse me for fees that I pay out-of-pocket?”

“How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?”

“What is the maximum amount my plan will reimburse for mental health service code 90834 (individual) or 90847 (couples) with a psychotherapist?”

In instances where “out-of-network” benefits are covered, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. Your insurance will reimburse your expenses afterwards.
